Regarding Article 31: The supplier of a substance or mixture must provide its recipient with the Safety Data Sheet.
Regarding Article 35: Access for workers and their representatives to the information provided concerning the substances or mixtures they use or may be exposed to during the course of their work.
Regarding Article 36: Obligation to retain the information for a minimum period of 10 years.
