garantir a prote\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade humana e do meio ambiente, bem como a livre circula\u00e7\u00e3o de subst\u00e2ncias, como tais, sob a forma de misturas ou contidas em artigos, fomentando a competitividade e a inova\u00e7\u00e3o das empresas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div subst\u00e2ncias na Uni\u00e3o Europeia em quantidades superiores ou iguais a 1 tonelada anual a apresentar um pedido de registo junto da Ag\u00eancia Europeia dos Produtos Qu\u00edmicos (ECHA), proibindo a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o daquelas que n\u00e3o tenham sido registadas.<\/p>\n<p>As empresas n\u00e3o comunit\u00e1rias n\u00e3o podem apresentar um <strong>registo REACH<\/strong> das subst\u00e2ncias que exportam para a UE. Em vez disso, podem designar uma empresa europeia como Representante Exclusivo para realizar o pedido de registo REACH. Deste modo, os importadores europeus que lhes comprem esta subst\u00e2ncia ser\u00e3o considerados utilizadores a jusante para efeitos do REACH.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00e3ac6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"00e3ac6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Por conseguinte, ser\u00e3o os fabricantes, importadores e utilizadores a jusante destas subst\u00e2ncias quem dever\u00e1 garantir que apenas fabricam, comercializam ou utilizam subst\u00e2ncias que n\u00e3o afetam de forma negativa a sa\u00fade humana ou o meio ambiente. Um dos documentos-chave para que isto se possa realizar de forma eficaz \u00e9 a <i>Ficha de dados de seguran\u00e7a.<\/i> <\/p>\n<p>A Ficha de dados de seguran\u00e7a \u00e9 a principal ferramenta utilizada na ind\u00fastria qu\u00edmica para transmitir informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os riscos das subst\u00e2ncias e misturas perigosas atrav\u00e9s da cadeia de abastecimento. O Anexo II do Regulamento REACH (modificado atualmente pelo <strong>Regulamento (UE) 2020\/878)<\/strong> exp\u00f5e as informa\u00e7\u00f5es que devem constar em cada uma das suas 16 sec\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac0f63b
