class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Authorities are assessing compliance with key requirements related to the placing on the market of hazardous mixtures under the CLP Regulation and associated obligations, including:<\/p>\n\n<ul style=\"line-height:1.6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Correct <a href=\"https:\/\/servireach.com\/en\/consultancy\/clp\/\">classification of physical, health and environmental hazards <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presence and adequacy of CLP labelling (<strong>UFI, pictograms, signal words, hazard statements, precautionary statements, etc.<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with <strong>safe packaging<\/strong> requirements, such as child-resistant fastenings and tactile warnings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consistency and updating of<strong> Safety Data Sheets (SDS) <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with <strong>Poison Centre notification<\/strong> requirements, including the use of the <strong>UFI <\/strong>identifier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As examples of these products, ECHA mentions <strong>electronic cigarettes<\/strong>, which contain mixtures with substances such as nicotine, and <strong>air fresheners<\/strong> containing sensitising or irritant substances, all of which require proper classification, labelling and hazard communication under the CLP Regulation.<\/p>\n\n<div
